Dear Jay, Krystal and Martin Family,

I want to express my deepest sympathy to you and your family over the loss of your loved one, Brenda. I don't have any words that can takeaway your sorrow. No words that can ease your pain; only a memory to share of the Brenda that I once knew.

Although I haven't seen Brenda in many years, I do know that she was someone special. The Brenda I remember could always make you laugh, smile, she was just crazy fun to be around. We were young. She was fun. Sadly, she will be missed. I can bet in the end, even when her health was deteriorating, she probably still had that amazing ability to make you laugh.

I will always remember that Brenda loved my grandmother's name and named her only daughter, Krystal, after my grandmother. To me that was special. Thank you, Brenda. She loved my grandmother and I am sure my grandmother loved her.

I have not lost a spouse, but I have recently lost a mother, much too soon to this dreadful disease. It's a pain and heartache like no other. I will pray for you. Pray for your comfort. As much as you will miss her, take solace in knowing that she is no longer in pain. She is no longer suffering. She is at peace now watching over you. Be there for each other and know that she will always live on in your best memories.

My deepest sorrow,
Cheryl Cutillo

Sorry to hear about "Mr. Kodish's" passing...
A quick, funny story about him we still tell to this day. He was my 10th grade (1980) basketball coach and we were still in the mighty Ches-Mont division with some powerhouse schools. We were a bad team, he was a great coach, but we simply stunk up the place...Our first two games were against "lowly" rivals Owen J. and Phoenixville, and when we lost by 15 or so points each game, Bear thought it would be justified to make us run 1 lap at the next practice, for each point we lost by. No big deal, 15 laps after each "close" loss only took 15 mins. or so away from practice that we so badly needed!!! Well, by games 3 & 4 we played Coatesville and West Chester and lost literally by 60+ points EACH game. We never ran another lap after that...

We briefly had an opportunity to work with Dave. He was a very up-beat positive person whom we were lucky to have known even for a short time. Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends. Rest in Peace.
