Clifford C. Miller, 81, husband of Margaret E. “Peggy” (Moore) Miller of 58 years, of Pottstown, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 31, at Strong Memorial Hospital, in Rochester, NY.

Born in Schenectady, NY on July 1, 1928, he was the son of the late Thomas Sr. and Ida (VanNatta) Miller.

Surviving with his wife are children Timothy A. Miller, Cynthia J. Taylor, wife of Frederick, Kenneth C. Miller, Lori A. Wheeler, wife of Stephen; grandchildren David Miller, Andrew Miller, husband of Danielle, Cory Sorce, wife of Charles, James A. Muvaney, Jacqueline J. DeSalvo, Rachael L. Bingham, wife of Kolby, Brian J. Miller, Amanda M. Schroader, Benjamin F., Amanda C. and Emily C. Taylor, and Ian Cone; and great grandchildren Carson J. Sciangula, Ethan J. and Jakob A. DeSalvo, Olivia N. Callese, Griffin M. Sorce, and Bradley A. and Ashley E. Miller. Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his son Thomas J. Miller; daughter in law Mary Elaine Miller; brothers Thomas A., John (Jack) and Roland Miller, and sisters Ida Miller, Nina Miller Roberts and Elizabeth Czarnecki.

Cliff was a Master Chief Steam Propulsionist in the Engineering Department for the US Navy, where he served for 21 years and was in the Korean War. He enjoyed fishing , and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, 12 Noon at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 93 Maugers Miller Road, Pottstown with Bishop Brett Duersch officiating. Burial will follow in Limerick Garden of Memories. Family and friends may call on Friday from 10:00AM to 11:45AM at the church.
