David J. Richman, 34, of Conshohocken, spouse of Larissa F. Cronin, passed away suddenly from Coronary artery disease on Sunday, April 15 at Chestnut Hill Hospital.
Born in Sellersville, he was the son of Gary K. and Melinda M. (Pfeiffer) Finnegan of Boyertown.
David attended Quakertown H.S. and graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia where he obtained his degree in Biology, B.S. He worked at QC Laboratories in Horsham as the Food Microbiology lab Manager. David was a truly unique individual that had a positive effect on everyone in his life. His thoughtfulness, charm and quick-witted sense of humor will be greatly missed. David was also a devoted Philadelphia sports fan.
Surviving with his spouse and parents is brother John Richman, partner of Jenie Kerr; his sisters Ellen Bartman, wife of Brad, Jessica Simmons, wife of Mike, Jennifer Schueck, wife of Chris, and Alison Dempsey, wife of David; nieces Aisha, Natalie, Sydney and Jenna and nephews Brendan, Gavin, Josh, Caleb and Joshua. Also surviving are his beloved cats Mononoke, Chaplin, Jooniper, and Charley.
A memorial service will be Saturday, April 21st at 4p.m. at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Ltd., 329 N. Lewis Road, Royersford with Pastor John Friedlund officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 3 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
