Helen Krawchuk, 102, of Pottstown, wife of the late Carroll John Krawchuk, passed away very peacefully on Monday December 8, 2025 at her residence with her daughters by her bedside.
Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Pipchik) Konowal of Stowe, where she was raised until she married, then moved to Pottstown.
Helen was a very talented seamstress, she made clothes for her children, curtains, bedspreads and even tried doing some upholstering. She also enjoyed gardening, tending and playing with her many pets, and doing puzzles. Mostly she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are her daughters Sharon Yohn (Charlie), Dottie Krawchuk Roth (James Chura), and Mary Beth Krawchuk (Dennis Rothenberger); grandchildren Chris Yohn (Sonya) and Traci Dotterer (Kurt); great grandchildren Cara, Lauren, Emery, Matthew, and Brody.
Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brother John Konowal.
The family would like to thank Caring Hospice and all of her private caregivers for their dedicated care and support provided to Helen throughout the past several years.
Funeral services will be held privately.
