Darrell LaVerne Schoch, 72, of Reading, husband of Wendy Kay (Buchannan) Schoch, passed away Thursday February 5, 2026 at his residence.
Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Sterling LaVerne S. and Betty Jeanette (Moyer) Schoch.
Darrell was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving along with his wife is his son Josh Schoch husband of Steph; grandchild Hayden Schoch; and siblings Lori Melcher, Jeff Schoch, and Sharon Miller.
Visitation will be held Thursday February 12, 2026 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 1020 E. Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, PA 19525. Interment will be private.
