Charles E. Hoffman, Jr., 81, of Pottstown, husband of the late Carole Marie (Sperow) Hoffman, passed away Friday August 7, 2026 at his residence.
Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Charles E., Sr. and Irene (Hopkins) Hoffman.
Charles was a dedicated and hard-working man who worked in factories and took on multiple side jobs throughout his life, including renovating houses, to provide for his family. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching Philly sports teams, spending time with his daughter, and feeding the multitude of wildlife that would show up at his door.
Surviving is his daughter Dawn Hoffman, wife of Jonathan Meyers; sisters Janet Lewis and Beverly Hoffman; sister-in-law Linda Robie; nephew Brian Hoffman, husband of Bobbianne and father to Kayson; niece Brenda (Hoffman) Wolf, wife of Jeremy and mother to Ember, and niece Shannon Hoffman.
Along with his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his brother Barry Hoffman.
Services will be private.
