Dorothy (Freas) Diesinger, 90, of Schwenksville, wife of the late Donald B. Diesinger, passed away on Thursday at Pennsburg Manor.

Born in Bluebell, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Comfort and Mary Martha (Schultz) Freas.

Surviving are sons Raymond, Richard, Ronald, Russell and Daniel Diesinger; daughter Dorothy J. Diesinger, 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Along with her husband and parents, she is predeceased by a son Robert Diesinger and sister Christina Pisarski.

During WWII, Dorothy was a riveter on Corsair Aircraft at a factory in Warminster, PA. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, shopping, and visiting with her family.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, 11AM at Crossroads Presbyterian Church, 10 W. Cherry Lane, Limerick. Burial will follow in Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received from 10Am to 11Am at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy’s name to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
