Ronald V. Lascala, 75, of Douglassville, husband of Gloria S. (Dunlap) Lascala, passed away on Monday, Feb. 18 at Pottstown Hospital.
Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Vincent (Blackie) and Betty (Neiman) Lascala.
Ronald was a member of St. Aloysius RC Church and a former member of the Pottstown AMBUCS. He was a member and coach of the Shamrocks baseball team, and up until recently, still attended their functions. He worked for Boyertown High School as head of maintenance, retiring in 2007, and owned his own barber shop in Pottstown. Prior to that he was the former owner and operator of Tru-Glo Paper & Supply in Boyertown.
Surviving with his wife of 55 years is son Ronald V. Lascala II, husband of Susan; and grandchildren Elizabeth and Evelyn.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at a later date.
