Bill worked for EMCOR/Fluidics where he was the Director of the Energy/Controls Division for about 10 years. He was brilliant and so excited to work in the industry! He lived to watch his boys play soccer and was so proud of all of their accomplishments in sports, life, and school. Bill was a wonderful husband, son, father, brother, grandson, nephew, and uncle was happy to help anyone out that he could. He could fix anything and was THE go-to guy for anything.

Surviving with his wife are sons Ryan, Zachary, and Connor; sister Cheryl Trotto of DE.; brother James Foskey, husband of Lisa, of VA; his mother and father in law Larry and Pat Cowan of Collegeville; grandpop David Allen of FL; and faithful canine buddy, CoCo.
